Dr. Seuss Birthday Week Celebration
February 29- March 4
Monday- Cat in the Hat- Wear a hat to school
Tuesday- Fox in Sox, Wear wild socks to school
Wednesday- Wacky Wednesday, Wear wacky hair to school
Thursday- One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish- Wear red and blue uniforms
Friday- Oh the places you’ll go, Wear spirit shirts
And be sure to stop by the Library to guess how many fish in the dish and tell us your favorite Dr. Seuss book too!

We get to participate in a reading contest next week!
Farm Bureau Financial Services in encouraging kids to read! The student that has the highest amount of reading minutes in the elementary (K-5), will win a bike! I have attached the permission slip for you to print at home, just in case your child’s got lost in the shuffle. All permission slips are needed in order to participate for the prize. Those that bring in their permission slips this week, will be given a “Daily Reading Log” next Monday to keep track of reading minutes.
Only the minutes read during the week of February 29- March 5 will count!
