Maps

This month in Social Studies we studied maps. Were learned about the compass rose, a map key, map grids, and much more! In the Mac lab we created a map of our bedrooms, using a key and a compass rose. Take a look at your child’s map, does it match what you see in their actual room?

Dollar Dress down and Read-a-thon tomorrow!

Tomorrow is Dollar Dress Down. If students dress down, they need to bring a dollar. We will be collecting them in the classroom. Due to a change in policy, anyone that does not bring a dollar will be asked to call home for a change of clothes or a dollar. Please be aware of this.

Read-a-thon: Thank you to those that brought back your bright green pledge sheets! Tomorrow they get to read!

I changed my mind….STUDENTS CAN BRING A PILLOW AND SMALL BLANKET TO SCHOOL TOMORROW for the read-a-thon.

Thanks for all your support!
