Class Party

Parents, We are getting so close to earning our class party! Please remind the kids that our goal is zero negative points for the day to help us get there faster! Also, please remind your students that as a group we are working on taking care of ourselves. If everyone takes care of themselves, then no one else will have to worry if someone is breaking a rule.

Next, please talk with your kids about using inappropriate language at school. We seem to have a group of kids who want to try to get away with saying mean and hurtful, or otherwise inappropriate things under their breath so that no adults can hear. I am hoping we can find a way to stop this so that we are not hurting feelings or making kids feel uncomfortable and unsafe at school.

Thanks for all you do! I really do love teaching your kids and I am really looking forward to our field trip this week!
