Halls and Uniforms

Sorry for so many long posts lately. I just wanted to thank you for helping reinforce the kids staying out of the halls in the morning! Today was a much better day! Lets keep that up.

Next, my goal for these next couple weeks is to get our class uniforms looking better in terms of what school policy is. Most kids are coming to school looking so nice and I really appreciate the effort! I will start following up more closely with uniform infractions (not tucking in shirts and wearing non-school approved coats in class). Please remember that jackets that can be worn in class must be solid in school colors, with no hood or graphics. Coats and jackets otherwise can be worn at recess but not in class. You can also have the kids wear long sleeves under their polo if they say they are getting cold in class. I will continue giving positive points for uniforms and name tags but I will be adding a uniform negative to Dojo so if they get that, know that it was because they refused to tuck their shirt in (I know they come untucked so I will offer reminders) or they keep non approved jackets on in class.

Thanks for all you do and we are looking forward to our field trip next Friday! Thanks again for the donations for the field trip! We are getting more each day! It helps us be able to go on more than just one per year!
