Friday Fun!

Just a heads up: Tomorrow I will be gone to a funeral so Mrs. Hadley (Our class support teacher) will be subbing. Please talk with your students and remind them that they should be on their best behavior for this sub as they should be at all times. 

Next, today was an emotional day for some of our students. I think being the first full week with long days we are seeing the tiredness and hungriness (lunch isn’t until 12:30) coming out in the form of emotional little 4th graders.  Please help them make this adjustment by reminding them to eat a full breakfast and getting enough sleep. 

Along with today we had some of our class being really rowdy during instructional time. I am working to find the best scheduling and breaks to help them get those wiggles out but we are still working finding that balance and on being appropriate with our voice levels and controlling our off topic chat.

It is also a dress down day tomorrow so feel free to send your student in appropriate dress down clothes if you are willing to donate $1 or you may donate a can of food.

Hoping you all have a great weekend and that our kiddos will have a great day with their subs.
