What a Fabulous Day!

We had a great day today! The kids worked hard on math and most are getting pretty solid at long division using “Big 7” method. This time of year families have a lot going on but I appreciate your hard work with completing homework! There is a direct relationship between kids who are completing the homework nightly and those who are scoring well on their spelling tests each week and progressing well in reading abilities! Thanks again for your support! We will take next week off from spelling with so much going on!

I have a few parents who have volunteered for the Rendezvous and Christmas Party but we can alway use more help! The Rendezvous will be next Thursday, December 17th from 1:30-2:30. All projects are due this Monday, December 14th.

Our party will be next Friday the 18th from 10:00-12:00. We will be doing rotations with the 4th grade. We are going to be making a craft in our class. It should be a fun day!

Next Thursday is also Parent Teacher Conference. If you would like to meet please let me know. Here is my available times:

3:30- Gabe
3:45
4:00
4:30

One last time please tell your kids how much I appreciate their positive attitudes and hard work! We have seen some big growth this month!
