Tonight is the Night!

I can’t wait to see everyone here at the Wax Museum tonight! Just so you are aware, it will be very beneficial to have the app downloaded before you get here. The kids are super excited about it and I can’t wait for them to get to show you! The kids need to be here at 5:15 and parents, family and friends are welcome to come walk through anytime from 5:30-6:30. I am sure the rush will be at 5:30 and right at the end. We will be having our Wax Museum in our classroom down the left hall as you walk in the school. Please pass that info on to family and friends as well so that they don’t miss us. A sign will be posted but signs can be missed. The rest of the 4th grade will be in the cafeteria but in order to borrow out iPads I have to have a controlled environment so our classroom it is. I will have a couple iPads that I can borrow out if you happen to not have a smart phone! We are so excited and the kids have been practicing and are really looking forward to tonight! They will need to stay at their board for the full hour to answer the questions that they have posted for others to ask. Thanks so much for being so supportive! I really appreciate every one of you more than words can say! One last thing, it might be a little crazy tonight (who am I kidding, I am sure it will be crazy) so bringing a pair of ear buds might help you hear the videos better if you are planning to use the app!

About Smedley

I am so excited to be joining Quest Academy and the 4th grade team! I have been teaching for 6 years and love my job! I earned my Bachelors in Elementary Education and Special Education from Weber State in 2008 and my Masters in Learning and Technology from WGU in 2012! I love teaching all subjects but Math is my favorite! I have 3 awesome kids (Macey 8, Mack 6 and Laker 4) and have been married to my amazing husband, Shaun, for 11 years! In my free time I love to travel, blog, and watch sports. We are die hard Utes and Lakers fans! We also love all things Disney and love to visit Disneyland as often as possible!
