Check Your Student’s Backpack for Report Card

Check you student’s backpack for 3rd Quarter grades. As a reminder, we use the following Mastery Grading criteria determined by student performance on various assessments. When students demonstrate their proficiency on a standard, they are given a “3″ and is considered a good grade.

Upcoming Field Trip to the Aquarium Friday April 12th

We are excited for our next field trip!
We are going to be visiting the SeaQuest Aquarium on Friday April 12th.
All AM and PM Kindergarteners will be meeting in the classroom at 8:30 am and we will be returning to the school at 12:00 pm.
I do need some parent volunteers. Due to the space, SeaQuest has asked us to limit our parent help to 5 parent volunteers per class. I need 5 parents from AM and 5 parents from PM to help us out. I will be taking the first who email or contact me.

Information for Field Trip:
*Friday April 12th
*AM and PM meet in classroom at 8:30 am.
*Bus leaves at 8:45 am and will return at 12:00 pm
*Please plan accordingly to have your kindergarteners picked up on time at 12:00 pm.
*Mrs. Hill’s class will be wearing BLUE shirts (Quest uniform please)
*Please make sure your student eats breakfast because there will not be a lunch.
*Please DO NOT send your student with $ money for the gift shop.
