We are so excited for our FIRST DAY of school tomorrow and hope you are too!!
You are welcome to walk your child into our classroom for the first day of kindergarten. Beginning on Tuesday, students will go to the playground area to play until the 8:22 whistle. Kindergarten students line up by the 4 square boxes. We will show the students how to do this on Monday.
POQA invites you to meet with the other kindergarten parents for a small treat at 8:30am and 12:30 pm by the kindergarten doors.
Please note: AM kindergarten is at 8:30am-11:00am, Fridays at 8:30am-10:30am
PM kindergarten is at 12:30pm-3:00pm , Fridays at 11:00am-1:00pm.
For AM Kindergarten we will bring the students out the front main doors. You are welcome to park, use the crosswalks, get your child and walk them back to your car.
For PM Kindergarten we will take them to the east side of the building behind the fence until someone comes to pick them up.
Or you may remain in your vehicle and follow the line of cars along the curb. When you reach the front doors we will help your child load on the RIGHT side of the vehicle. For safety reasons, students will not be allowed to load on the LEFT side of a vehicle.
