Valentine’s Day Party
On February 14th, we will be having a small party and handing out valentines. If your student would like to bring valentines, please make sure that they bring at least 26 and a decorated box or bag to collect valentines in. Please have your student write who the valentine is from, but they can leave who it is to blank to make handing out the valentines easier.
This year administration will allow candy to be placed in Valentine’s Day cards. However, students will not be allowed to eat them in class and we still need permission, so please fill out this form –permission form.
MATH – This week we will be working on one-step multiplication and division word problems. There is an activity attached to the family letter below. These are good activities to do with your child if you want to give them some extra practice. Please make sure that you are practicing the multiplication facts with your child at home.

ELA: This week we will be working on Unit 4 Week 1 in our Wonders program. Below is an outline of what we are learning in class. Our emphasis will be on describing characters and how their actions contribute to the sequence of events.
