I will post homework on Sunday night or Monday morning of each week. There will be a math assignment and a Words Their Way word sort for homework each night (Mon.-Thurs.). The students are responsible for printing off their math homework and word sorts for the week. The students will turn their math homework in on Friday stapled together with the Reading Log attached. Students are responsible for reading 20 minutes per night and recording their time.
**Math homework-I will post one page of math review for the week. Print off the math and complete during the week. Please turn in on Friday.
**Phonics For Reading Program
WORD STUDY: Quest Academy uses the Anita Archer spelling program. The students are responsible for completing the 4 different spelling assignments/word sorts each week for homework (along with the work we do in class with spelling). I will post the Spelling Words on my blog at the beginning of every week. The students will use these Spelling Word cards for different homework assignments. Sorts must be typed each night. The students will type their spelling words in Seesaw, and I will check it on Friday. If you do not have access to a computer, feel free to write your spelling words in the given sort format. Spelling and dictation tests will be given on Fridays.
