SPECIAL VISITOR (A REAL HONEST TO GOODNESS BEE KEEPER)

BZZZZZZZZZ…. We are going to do a lot of exciting things including having a Bee Keeper come visit our class. He will be visiting us tomorrow, Wednesday September 3. He will be bringing in an observation hive with live honeybees and he will talk about the process of pollinating plants. The bees are completely contained and the students love to see them at work. If you are uncomfortable having your child in the classroom at this time, please let me know and I can arrange something/somewhere they can be at this time.

PARENT ORGANIZATION OF QUEST (POQA)

Hello parents, I have been asked by the parent organization at Quest (POQA) to inform you about how to keep informed of what’s happening with POQA. Check Facebook under Quest and/or check the Quest homepage and/or blog to get detailed information on events, information and “how to ” volunteer or get information on meetings, committees, and happenings. POQA rocks and I would encourage each of you to “get involved” in the organization that serves your students. Check out their Facebook page and jump on board!! This organization does a lot for our school and they could do more with your help and support.
