You are an awesome class. Great job on the math fluency (addition) test. Remember, to be considered “fluent” you must complete 40 math problems in 4 minutes. Out of our 26 students we had 21 successfully complete the assessment. That is an amazing 81% completion rate. Y.S.T.R.and R….BEST CLASS EVER!!
Parents, your students are amazing, they are working hard and continue to impress me everyday. In math we are reviewing previously learned concepts as well as mixing in concepts from our fourth grade math curriculum. In Language Arts we are learning the different genre types, honing our spelling skills and reading, as a class, the book Janitors. BEST CLASS EVER!!

This week we will be completing math and reading assessments. STAR Testing for both math and reading. DIBELS testing for math. And some additional Language Arts/Reading assessments. Our class has been working hard to learn both classroom behaviors and procedures. Keep up the great work. I can see GREAT improvement.
HURRAY!!! OUR FIRST WEEK WAS AWESOME!! WHAT A GREAT CLASS….OUR STUDENTS WERE WORKING HARD TO LEARN AND MASTER OUR CLASSROOM PROCEDURES AND RULES….STUDENTS WERE COMPLETING THEIR 20 MINUTES OF READING EACH NIGHT. REMEMBER….”READERS BECOME LEADERS”!! GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!!
