Our math lesson this week is about money. 1st graders need to be able to identify pennies, nickels, dimes & quarters, and know their comparative values. It would be very helpful if they are able to look closely at a few of these real coins and use them to count change. If you are able, please have some handy for them to work with. Quest junior high students have been working all year to build games from the ground up using the JavaScript programming language they learned in Computer Science classes.
