Our math lesson this week is about money. 1st graders need to be able to identify pennies, nickels, dimes & quarters, and know their comparative values. It would be very helpful if they are able to look closely at a few of these real coins and use them to count change. If you are able, please have some handy for them to work with. If you don’t have real ones, play money will do also! Thank you!
