Hill Air Force Base Department of Defense is collecting Valentines for Vets to deliver to the George Wahlen Veteran’s home.  We would love the students at Quest to make a generic card or two for these heroes. All Valentines will need to be turned in by February 10th before 2PM at either the Q1 or Q2 office. Thank you for helping make this Valentine’s Day special for approximately 120 vets!

Students are welcome to bring a bag or box from home on Valentine’s to collect their Valentine’s cards in. Today we talked about ideas for boxes and discussed that this is an optional activity. Here is a link to the pictures we looked at: Valentine’s Box Ideas

Orders are due by February 10th:

We will be celebrating the 100th Day of School on Wednesday, February 5.  Each child is welcome to bring a collection of 100 items that day to school (100 buttons, 100 signatures, 100 pom poms…) It’s fun to see what 100 of something looks like!  Just a couple guidelines:  

* Please let your child only bring in a collection that they can carry and manage by themselves 

* No food items (per Quest policy)

*Have fun thinking of a creative or unique collection you want to bring 🙂

1st grade is doing a S.T.E.M Challenge this month for which we need some cardboard tubes, so please consider dropping them into your child’s backpack to donate to our 1st grade by Monday, January 13 .  Thank you!!  🙂
