Water Fair Field-Trip
Dear Families,
We are excited to announce our upcoming field trip to the Weber County Water Fair on Wednesday, March 25th, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM! This is a wonderful opportunity for students to learn about water quality, conservation, and aquatic wildlife through hands-on exploration and expert demonstrations.
Trip Details:
* Date: Wednesday, March 25th
* Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM (at the Golden Spike Exhibit Hall, 1000 North 1200 West, Ogden)
* Departure from school: 8:40 AM
* Return to school: 11:20 AM
Important Information:
* Cost: $5 per student (donation to help offset transportation costs)
* Parent Participation Fee: $5 for parents who are selected to chaperone
* Transportation: Due to limited bus capacity, we encourage parents to drive independently or carpool with other parents.
* Chaperoning: If you’re interested in serving as a chaperone, please select your preference in the permission slip form below. We will notify selected chaperones by 3/20/26.
This field trip connects directly to our classroom learning about ecosystems and water conservation. Students will observe aquatic life, participate in demonstrations, and gather information that will support their science projects and assignments.
