Congratulations to all the students who ran and those who will be representing our 6th grade next year! Go RAMS!
Thanks to everyone who signed up for Student Council! It was so great meeting everyone in the interviews this week. If you do not see your name on this list, we still think that you’d be perfect for other leadership opportunities next year, and Miss Cook will personally email you with more details about the special opportunity as you showed amazing responsibility and spirit. It was very difficult making this decision, as everyone was fantastic!
Here are the students who will be moving onto the voting round of Student Council elections:
IF your name is on this list, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING VERY CAREFULLY:
1. Hang up your posters by 8:15 am on Monday morning where your teachers say that you can.
2. Please make sure your video is sent to slivingston@questac.org and ecook@questac.org, if you have not already sent it.
3. Your videos will be shown to all of 5th grade, and students will vote on their top four candidates. These videos will be shown in class on Friday, April 19th.
4. The final four who will be on Student Council next year will be announced on Friday/Saturday of next week.
Thank you!–

This is a reminder that our Maturation class is this Friday, April 12th. We encourage parents to attend and I appreciate that more than half of our class will have a parent attending.
Friday, April 12th
Girls – 8:35 AM
Boys – 9:30 AM
Please meet Dr. Dave & Mrs. Angelee in the lunchroom. They will quickly set up chairs for the girl’s class as soon as school starts and all students are in the building. If you can help that would be wonderful. Similarly, at the end of the boy’s class, we will take down the chairs to prepare for Kindergarten lunch. If you can stay late to help that would be great.
Remember, we are now requiring picture identification to enter the building, make sure to bring your ID. See you Friday!
Parents,
Our class has won a party. We will be having electronic day tomorrow, March 29th. Students can bring an electronic from home to use ONLY during the party. Students will also be allowed to access their Chromebooks if parents wish to not send an electronic. As always, I will have an arts and crafts project for students as a secondary option.

On Wednesday, February 28th, 5th grade has the amazing opportunity to go on a field trip to the Natural History Museum of Utah in Salt Lake City. We will be renting buses to provide our transportation. We are asking for a donation of $5 per student and $10 per chaperone (if selected) for this field trip. Buses will be leaving the school promptly at 9 am and returning to the school by 2:30 pm.
We will have lunch at the museum. Each student will need to order a school lunch by indicating their selection below or provide their own home lunch. They will need to bring a small backpack to carry their lunch, water bottle, and a book or cards to read/play on the bus (optional). They will wear their Quest school uniforms. Please make sure they are dressed appropriately for the weather. No cell phones or electronic devices are allowed on our field trip unless your child has a previously documented need. The office will be able to contact and relay any messages to us at the museum.
If you would be interested in joining us as a parent chaperone for this field trip, please indicate below to be entered into a lottery. We will notify you if you are selected by Friday, February 9th. Please no siblings or additional guests. If you are selected, the cost will be $10 for parent chaperones. You will have the choice of riding with us (preferred) or driving separately (parking is limited) and meeting us at the museum. Thank you for your support!
Please complete the form below by Friday, February 9th, indicating whether or not your student will be allowed to attend and that you understand the requirements for this field trip.
Parents, Wednesday, February 14th from 1:10-3:10 pm we will have our classroom Valentine’s party and card exchange. Students are welcome to bring a Valentine’s box and cards (26 total students). This year Quest will be allowing treat items from students along with a card, if they choose. These treats will not be eaten at school. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Hello Parents! It is time for another great week! Just a reminder that Friday is dollar dress down day!
This week in math we will learn how to add fractions! They have been doing very well in math and I know they will grow in this topic as well!
In ELA we will be working on visualizing and character perspectives. The theme of the stories this week is drama and I think it will be a very fun week! I can’t wait for you to see how much your students have grown in reading! The growth is amazing and I couldn’t be any more proud of this amazing class!
Remember to sign:
As always, Please let me know if you have any questions!
