Valentines Party
We will be having our Valentines Party on Tuesday.  We are asking those who are volunteering to come a  1:30 to help get set up.  All children will be offered vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice cream with sprinkles, chocolate topping, caramel, strawberry toppings.  We will also be having conversation hearts.  If your child is not able to have any of these things, please let me know as soon as possible. 

The students have created Valentine sacks and do not need to create a box at home.  They are more than welcome to bring Valentines for their classmates at school.  In order to not create feelings, the students have been told if they bring something for one person, they bring it for everyone in the class.  

Homework
Reading 20 minutes every night and please fill out the google form at classroom.google.com.  This week’s focus is fact and opinion. 

Math is Prodigygame.com 15 minutes, 3 nights during the week.  Each time should have at least 15 problems solved in the session.  

Spelling;  The pattern this week is
 Some words require spelling changes when they go from singular to plural
Examples are woman/women   mouse/mice  goose/geese
