Instead of you doing the shopping, I will do the shopping for you. All you need to do is make a donation of $30.00 to Ms. Applonie’s class. You may easily pay online here: ONLINE PAYMENTS marking “other” and typing Ms. Applonie’s Class in the description. The office will be collecting money on Back To School Night, you may also pay on the first day of school. In addition, each student will need to bring a pair of headphones, labeled with their name.
This way I can get all needed supplies purchased and labeled before students even come back to school night and parents have fewer things to buy during a busy time of year.
The $30 donation will purchase each student:
- 12 Expo dry erase markers (fine tip, black only)
- 1 CLEAR pencil box
- 1 3×4 inch reusable zipper pouch
- 2 magic erasers
- 1 box 10 pack washable markers (more may be needed later)
- 2 pink pearl erasers
- 6 glue sticks
- 1 bottle of school liquid glue
- 1 box Crayola 24 pack crayons
- 2 highlighters
- 24 wooden pencils
- 2 red pens
- 1 fine point sharpie
- 1 ultra fine point sharpie
- 12 pack colored pencils
- Watercolors (with 8 colors only)
- 1 black plastic folder
- 1 plastic tab divider with two pockets
- 5 clear sheet protectors
- 1 black 3-ring binder (1/2 inch)
- 1 composition notebook
- 1 spiral notebook
- 1 sandwich baggie of natural raffia
- 1 square yard of white cheesecloth
- 1 16 oz bottle of water
- 1 unfinished wooden craft frame for a 4×6 size photo
- 2 sheets clear or frosted Shrinky Dink sheets
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 bottle of hand sanitizer
- Small box of bandaids
- Clorox wipes
- 2 boxes of tissues
- Various party favors and small toys for the class store
- Treats used for various learning lessons (skittles, M&M’s, etc.)
Notice: The items on this list will be used during the regular school day. They may be brought from home on a voluntary basis, otherwise, they will be furnished by the school.
