Mrs. Clark’s Class Supply List I BUY ALL THE SUPPLIES AND HAVE THEM READY FOR THE KIDS THE FIRST DAY 😉

I know how busy this time of year is and I want to help make it easier. I am asking guardians to pay a $30 supply donation to cover each student’s supplies. This way I can get all the needed supplies purchased and labeled before students come back to school. You can donate at Q1 during Back to School Night (August 19) or online here: ONLINE PAYMENTS

When making a payment for class supplies, pick the category “Donations-Class Supplies”, then select Clark in the drop down menu. If you would rather purchase the same items yourself, please send me an email prior to school beginning.

Additionally, students will need to bring the following items:

Headphones/earbuds-labeled with their name. Guardians will be responsible to replace broken/damaged headphones/earbuds throughout the year.

Small bag if needed-A small bag used for personal items they need at school. Kids that go home with someone else and need additional things for after school, can bring a bag/backpack.

Small water bottle-Send a small water bottle (labeled) that they can have with them throughout the day.

NO backpacks. We are a technology school, so we rarely send any papers home. ONLY lunch bags are needed if they are bringing a lunch from home. I will provide a bag/book sleeve that will be used to transfer library books, or worksheets home once a week.

Lanyards are optional, I will provide them with a shirt clip. NOTE: they cannot have the kind of lanyard that has an elastic pull feature.

I will purchased the following items for your child with the class donation:

Your child has access to all of their Quest student accounts this Summer. Their iREADY access QR was sent home with their grades. They also have access to their REFLEX and FRAX accounts. Keeping these skills, by spending a little time a week, will help them as they move onto 5th grade.

BE GREAT! SHOW WHAT YOU KNOW!

Students will begin taking end of the year assessments the next few weeks. A few things that will help the students during this week:
1- Sleep
2- A nutritious breakfast
3- An “I can do it” attitude– encourage them to do their best. When they get home, ask them about their day. Celebrate their efforts.

I really appreciate your help with this! It makes a big difference when you child is well rested and not hungry for testing.
