Our field trip to American West Heritage Center will be held rain or shine. Right now, it looks like rain on Friday. Students are required to be uniform compliant. Please dress your child appropriate for rainy and cold weather. Even if it doesn’t rain on Friday, the farm will be muddy from previous days’ rain storms.

This month we are learning about rocks, so we thought it would be fun to create a Pet Rock, then Engineer a Playground for them! There are a few household items that would be useful for our construction site. If you have, or will have, any of the following items, will you please send them to school for us to use?
Empty TP and Paper towel rolls
Shipping or packing card board. Any size or shape will be great
Toothpicks
Non-drying clay
Wooden Dowels
We have all of our animal unit things we are completing this week! We also have a field trip on Friday and our open house on Thursday, let’s take a week off of homework, you’re welcome!
Be sure to READ EVERY NIGHT,
and do some Prodigy for math if you can.

On April 19 and 20 at 2:15, Students will present their Powerpoint Presentation to a Live audience. Parents,you are welcome to join us if you can. If you cant make it, no worries, we will record each other doing them, then post them on the blog for all to see.
They have done a wonderful job and should be very proud of all their hard work!
