Tomorrow is dollar dress down. PLEASE do not forget to send your child with a dollar tomorrow.

Just a reminder that we do not have school Wednesday, Thursday or Friday due to Fall Break. Please do not stop reviewing their letters and sight words with them. We don’t want them to forget what they have learned so far. You all are the best and have a great break!

FIELD TRIP!! WAHOO!! 



Just a couple reminders about tomorrow. We are walking to the Fire Station down the street from Quest for our field trip tomorrow, so it is crucial that you send your child with a jacket!

Tomorrow is also short day, so morning class starts at 8:30 and ends at 10:30 and afternoon class starts at 11:30 and ends at 1:30.

Quest is doing a canned food drive for the whole month of October, so if you would like to dress down tomorrow you have to bring 5 cans of food, or 2 dollars. All the money made from the dress down will also go to the fundraiser. Please do not has your child dress down if you are not sending them with 5 cans of food or 2 dollars.  

WOW that was a lot of reminders. I hope you lasted to the end of this post because I just wanted to let you parents know that Ms Carrie and I absolutely ADORE your kids, and wanted to tell you all thank you for sharing their sweet personalities with us! Have a great night!

This is just a reminder that we will be going on a walking field trip to the fire station on Friday, Oct. 12th. We are in need of several chaperones for this field trip. If you are willing to help us, please email me.  We will be leaving at 8:30am for the morning class and 11:30am for the afternoon class. Thank You!

Oct. 23rd and 25th  NO Kindergarten (Parent Teacher Conference- please schedule your appointment)

Oct. 30th  Halloween Class Party will be from 9:30-11:00 (AM class) and 1:30-3:00 (PM class) (No costumes for this party) . 

Oct. 31st is a short day and we will be having a School Costume Parade. ALL Kindergarten students will come to school from 8:30-10:00 am to participate in the Quest Halloween Costume Parade. We will not be having PM class as all, students will be coming to the parade.  Everyone is welcome to wear a costume, but please no masks.  Parents are welcome to come and watch.

Parent Teacher Conferences will be on Oct. 23rd and Oct. 25th. There will be NO KINDERGARTEN on both days as I will be doing conferences all day long.  I am trying to give you plenty of notice so you can get some time off work to come and meet with me.  

I have set up a SignUp Genius with the time slots available. There are plenty of slots so that I can meet with EACH of you about your child. It is very important that I meet with everyone to talk about your child’s progress and our goals. Please go to the link below to sign up for a time that works for you. It’s Friday and it’s dollar dress down. Please be sure to send your child with one dollar if they decide to dress down! Also, tomorrow is early out so that means my morning class gets out at 10:30, and my afternoon class gets out at 1:30!

Another thing, Ms. Carrie and I need volunteers every Monday and Wednesdays (If possible). If you are able to do that let me know what week you would like to come in. I will get out a calendar to you to fill in what spots you want for each month. Thank you for all that you do.

What a great first couple days of school! Ms. Carrie and I are even more excited now that we’ve been able to get to know your cute kiddos. Be sure that you are already checking in your child’s backpack everyday because there is already important handouts given out. One that you will see is the picture day form.  Picture day will be this Wednesday (August 29). Everyone will get their picture taken on Wednesday because it is needed for their school badge, but it is your choice if you would like to purchase those pictures. Remember to still have your student wear uniforms just like a regular day of school. If you choose to buy them please fill out the form and have that ready on Wednesday.



Sent home in your backpacks today information on the Cookie Dough Fundraiser. This fundraiser is completely optional, and will end on September 10th. The more cookie dough you sell, the more Stackerz your child can get. All information you need will be in the packet sent home, but like always if you have any questions Ms. Carrie and I are here to help. 

Also please be working on your All About Me bags and have those turned in by this Friday (August 31). Thank you for such a wonderful first week! What a great year this will be!
