I graduated from Western Governors University with my bachelors degree in interdisciplinary studies. I did my student teaching in second grade at Voyage Academy and have taught at various Ogden schools. I absolutely love reading, and enjoy teaching students to love reading as well. I believe that reading is a high priority, life long skill that everyone needs to have. My goal is to have my students walk away from my class with a newfound or renewed love of reading. 

Outside of the classroom I love traveling, baking cakes, reading, yoga, Harry Potter and spending time with my husband and two dogs. I married my husband Brian in 2019, we have been together for three years and have two Boston Terriers named Lucy, and Mia. We love to spend time hiking, and working in our garden together. I am very excited to be joining the team here at Quest!
