Field Trip

Parents,
I still need permission slips for 7 more students to be able to attend our field trip.  Please get those turned into me as soon as possible.
Here are our 7 paid chaperones for the field trip:
Keiana’s parent
Jocelyn’s parent
Olivia’s parent
Cayden’s parent
Zander’s parent
Cleo’s parent
Addison’s parent
(younger siblings are not permitted on our field trips).

For other parents who still wish to attend, you will be responsible for paying for your train ticket and admission to the planetarium.  You may want to call ahead to see if there will be availability for you in the movie.  The movie we are seeing is Northrop Grumman at 11:00 in the IMAX.  If there is no available space for you, you will need to be prepared to do something else during that time.  
The chaperones listed above will be responsible for a small group of students.  For this reason, if you plan to attend as an additional parent and do not wish to stay with the group.  Please email me to let me know.  I will probably have you sign out your student that day.  Please get back to me by next Wednesday.  I will be making the groups and getting all of our information put together with my team.
Thanks for all you do!  If you cannot make it, please know that we do have enough parents and your child will be well cared for.  I appreciate you all.
