Hello!
If you are interested in being able to help read with students, there is a training the school is providing this week for the program we will be using.  I would like to have 3 or 4 parents willing to do this.  Please email me as soon as possible so I can get you the information.  The training is at the school.

There is no math homework for Monday night.  If your child does have math homework this week, it is because they did not get it finished in class.  They will bring it home that day and will need to return it the next day.  We are trying to get it done in class.
December reading logs will be sent home on Friday.  However, the November reading logs will not be due until next Monday.

Next week, Abby is our STAR Student!  This means that Abby may bring a poster about herself and a show-and-tell item one day next week!  We can’t wait to get to know more about Abby!

Hello Parents!
There were issues with the blog and I was unable to post.  But we’ve gotten everything fixed.

A quick update:

I had a sub on Monday and the kiddos were amazing!  I was so proud of them.  
You may have heard about my family members who were evacuated from the fire in Paradise, California.  I had shared their story with the class and there were very sweet.  Your children made pictures and letters that are being sent back to my little nephew who’s school and home were destroyed in the fire.  They chose on their own to do this and I thought it was very sweet.

There is no math homework tonight.  We did it in class and it is being sent home with them today.  You can see how they did on it.

They did it in partner groups today after their computer assessment.  They will be taking the paper test tomorrow.

The dioramas are due on Wednesday!  I cannot wait to see all of your hard work!

Don’t forget that Dioramas are due on Wednesday!  We will also be displaying them for the school on Friday from 8:45 to 9:45am.  Parents are welcome to attend!
