Oh man…20 days of school left!!! This year has flown by SO fast! I hope everyone had a restful weekend!! The weather was just lovely! Well, this is the week for SAGE testing, and we are READY and EXCITED!!! Make sure you’re familiar with the schedule below, so you know the testing dates and times. This week is full of 4 tests and make up tests, if needed. Please make sure your child is at school on time with lots of sleep and a full tummy. Thanks so much for all the help and support!!

SAGE Writing Session #1- Monday, April 30th @ 10:45-11:00
SAGE Writing Session #2- Tuesday, May 1 @ 9:30-10:15
SAGE Language Arts Session #1-Wednesday, May 2nd @ 8:45-9:30
SAGE Language Arts Session #2-Thursday, May 3rd @ 9:30-10:15
SAGE Math Session #1- Monday, May 14th @ 8:45-9:30
SAGE Math Session #2- Tuesday, May 15th @ 10:15-11:00
**WE are officially done with spelling units and Language Arts for the year, due to the fact that we are reviewing and preparing for SAGE testing.**
Math: We will be finishing up measurement to the nearest quarter in, then measuring capacity and mass.
**REMINDER that Thursday is always Library Day. Please remember to bring your books back to change on this day.
Important Dates:
**Aquarium Fieldtrip- Tuesday, May 8th** Please make sure all money (for parent volunteers) is turned into the off ice by Friday, May 4th.
***Our Class Play- Tuesday, May 22nd at 2:00- More information about the play will be posted ASAP!!***
The Dress Rehearsal is on Monday, May 21st, and all costumes need to be brought to school that day.
Reading Homework:
Please read 20 minutes every night (M-Th) and record your minutes read on the Reading Log. Please return the Reading Log on Friday.
Math Homework:
Please go to prodigygame.com (or click on the link to the right, under math). Your student’s login information is the last week’s post. Please have your child do Prodigy for at least 15 minutes (M-Th).
