Final Field Trip Permission Slip. Please note that this field trip will cost $5.00 all parents that are willing to pay the $5.00 fee are welcomed to attend. Money for parents needs to be turned in by May 15th so that the correct number of passes can be purchased. Hope you all fabulous week.
