Hello Class, Today we started writing about our favorite vacation. I love going on vacation. To me a vacation is anytime I do something different and my whole family is there. Meaning sometimes a vacation can even be a fun day at the park, pool, or fair. I have a lot of family who live in California so we often travel to Bakersfield California. Bakersfield is about 90 minutes away from Disney Land. However, I have only been to Disney Land twice. One of my favorite things about driving to California are the windmills that cover the hillside in Modesto California. They are so cool to watch when they are spinning. It is amazing to think about how they are producing electricity. Below is a picture. One of my favorite vacations I went on was to Hawaii. My daughter was on a soccer team that had a competition in Hawaii so we traveled six hours by plane to get to Oahu. It was an amazing adventure.
