We have had great difficulty obtaining an accurate lunch count for the pizza that has been served on Fridays. As such, we will now be adding a link to an online form as part of our weekly homework post (the link will be at the bottom of each week’s homework post), so that I can obtain information directly from parents.
Each week that you would like your child to receive pizza that Friday, please fill out the form BY 8:30 A.M. THE DAY BEFORE (THURSDAY) the pizza will be served. It is your responsibility to be certain that you have sufficient funds in your child’s lunch account (lunch is $2 per meal). I will be taking the pizza count directly from the form, and the lunch staff will not have extra pizza on hand, so if you’d like your child to receive pizza, please fill out the form on time. A lunch count for the alternative entree option will be taken in class. Once again, PLEASE ONLY FILL OUT THE FORM FOR THE CURRENT WEEK – PLEASE DO NOT SIGN THE FORM MULTIPLE TIMES FOR FUTURE WEEKS.
For this week, to add your child to the lunch count for pizza, click on the link below. The form must be completed by 8:30 AM the day BEFORE (Thursday) the pizza is served. A lunch count for Friday’s alternative school lunch option will be taken in class.
