Dear Parents,
Your child is excited to explore an inspirational person for our upcoming Biography Adventure! They will research, write a report, prepare a one-minute speech, and dress as their chosen figure for our Wax Museum.
Key Dates:
Monday, May 19: Biography report completed and turned in at school.
Tuesday, May 20: Speech written in class; please help your child practice their one-minute speech at home.
Wednesday, May 21: Costumes completed at home and brought to school on Thursday. Costumes should be simple—no need to buy anything new—just get creative with what you have! Students will wear their school uniform all day except during the Wax Museum.
Thursday, May 22: Wax Museum morning! Students will wear their costumes and share their speeches with classmates.
