Please, fill out these permission slips to allow your student to be part of activities.

The first is a treat permission slip for the year. These are treats that I plan on serving. Most will be served some may not.

The second is a permission slip for your student to participate in an SEL survey throughout the year. If you choose not to sign that is just fine they will just not be part of the survey.

Also, at Quest, we have a no-tolerance policy for any violence, threats, weapons, etc.

Tomorrow is Back to School Night on Monday, August 19th, from 6-8 pm. Presentations will be given every 30 minutes starting at 6:00 pm, with the final session beginning at 7:30 pm. Our classroom is in the south hallway. I can’t wait to meet you and your child.

WOW! What a year and I cannot believe it is over. This year has been so amazing!  Your children have worked so hard all year. Every one of them has grown in so many ways, physically as well as academically. I have loved teaching every single one of them. They all have a special place in my heart and always will. I will miss them so much but I cannot wait to see what they will do in the future! Thank you for letting me be their teacher!
