This week in place of the regular math homework, I would like the students to log into www.frontrowed.com and practice math facts for at least 10 minutes each night. Our class code is :
fb3kpz
I am able to pull up a report with how long each student spent on the website so no need to send anything extra in. Please make sure the weekly organizer is printed out and signed for words sorts though and don’t forget to log reading minutes for the week!
THANK YOU!
We had to make a change for our library time. For THIS WEEK ONLY library will be Tuesday. Please send your students with their books tomorrow.
Thank you!
We have started passing off our multiplication facts. Most of the class will be passing of 3’s, 5’s, and 10’s this week. Some need to pass off 2’s before moving onto 3’s. Please work with your child at home on these facts as it is a Third Grade requirement. A great way to do this is to buy some multiplication flash cards. I have seen them at Dollar Tree as well as Walmart. Also, the students are excited to earn their ice cream sundaes for passing them off! Thanks for all you do! I can’t say it enough, I LOVE our class!

Hello Friends!
We are in the process of putting together a basket for POQA. We thought it would be great fun to make a basket for IN STATE University Rivalries. We are looking for items from BYU, University of Utah, Utah State and Weber State. (Please notice that those were put in alphabetical order so as not to upset anyone!) If you have anything, or see anything that you would like to donate, please do, ASAP. If you go to one of their games in the next week or so, please see if you can snag an extra FAN FREEBIE to add to our basket. When the baskets are voted on, the most popular basket’s grade will receive 25% of the proceeds. Yep, Third Grade wants to win!
We are the BEST!
Parents,
Our class has earned a Show N Tell day this Thursday. Feel free to send an item with your student. Thank you!
