Homework (March 23-27)

Homework this week is due on Friday, March 27:

1- Math Homework:
Keep practicing your math facts!  Parents:  Please click on the “Math Fact Recording Sheet” below and record your child’s minutes as part of their homework.

Helpful Hint:  Place the timed test your child is working on in a plastic sheet protector and use a dry-erase marker to practice over and over.  The goal is to finish 25 problems in 1 minute and 15 seconds, with 90% accuracy (23 out of 25 problems correct).  To print the timed test click here: Timings-ALL

2- Reading 20 minutes per day

SPELLING SENTENCE  10 POINTS POSSIBLE ON TEST (one point for each correctly spelled word,  2 points for correct uppercase and lowercase letters, 2 points for finger spaces between words, and 1 point for the correct punctuation mark at the end of the sentence.)

We are assessing the students and will reassign sort groups and reading groups after Spring Break.
