Quest students are working together to help children in Africa have clean water.

The children in the picture are eating mashed cassava, a starchy, inexpensive root vegetable that is a good source of nutrients. Because it is very stiff, it is used like a spoon to scope up the greens (similar to spinach) served with the meal.
