Here are a few things that will help expedite the pickup process. We encourage you to share this with all grown-ups that will be picking up your child.

• Please pull all the way forward. This will allow more vehicles to load simultaneously and keep 4000 S moving. 
• Parents should remain in their vehicle. 
• We strongly encourage you to load children in the left side of your vehicle. When this is not possible, an employee will need to walk the children around to the right side. Children are not allowed to walk out into street unattended. 
• Feel free to stagger your pick-up time (3:00, 3:05, 3:10, or 3:15). There is no need for everyone to arrive at 3:00, as employees are outside supervising students. If you have Jr. high students, please arrive AFTER 3:10pm.
• Once your children have been loaded into the vehicle, please carefully and swiftly move to the right side of the road to exit. 
• If you will be making a left turn onto 4000 South, please turn your blinker on well in advance so the parking lot helpers have enough time to stop the front parking lot traffic for you to enter the left turn lane.

Thursday, September 2: Bring take-home folders to school

Friday, September 3: Early Out

Monday, September 6: Labor Day-No School

To help our lunch count go smoothly for our first two days of Kindergarten, please fill out the lunch count form on the link below. After this week, students will let us know what they are having for lunch at the beginning of class. We encourage you to talk with your kindergartener each morning so that they will be ready.

Dress Down days are listed below. Students are welcome to pre-pay $7 or donate a $1 each time. Note: October and May are FREE dress down days. And December dress down day is not included in the pre-pay donation.

We are excited to offer pick-up for our All-day and PM Kindergarteners AND their siblings at the back of the school. This will help alleviate congestion in the front of the school and keep our kindergarteners under close supervision. • Though kindergarten doesn’t officially start until Wednesday, August 25, we ask that all siblings of kindergarten students be picked up from the back of Q1 starting the first day of school.
• Daycare vans will continue to pick students up behind the school as was done in past years.
• If possible, loading from the left side of the vehicle is preferred.
• AM kindergarten students will continue to be picked up at the front of the school.
