After School Tutoring

I love teaching so much that, heck, I’ll even teach after school.  I want to help all my students reach mastery as much as I can, so if you are one of those that is struggling reaching a concept I am here to help.  However, there are a few rules with my after school tutoring:

1.  Be Proactive – Nothing is worse than falling behind in a class.  Don’t let this happen to you.  The purpose of after school tutoring is to help those students who are actually struggling understanding a concept in class.  I will always give students time in class to work on assignments and projects, and these can also be worked on at home.  Please do not take up tutoring spots from those kids who actually need help reaching mastery if you are just struggling with time management.

2.  Availability – Because I teach so many different subjects and for each grade, I will have one grade dedicated to a certain day of the week:
———-Monday – 7th Grade
———-Tuesday – 8th Grade
———-Wednesday – 9th Grade
———–Note – If you are unable to make any of those, do not hesitate with getting with me so we can set a time that works for you.

3.  Scheduling – I am very busy with a lot of extracurricular activities.  Trying to juggle volleyball, drama, DnD, and tutoring is tough.  Please contact me at least 24 hours before coming to tutoring and let me know the day you be coming and the standard we will be working on so I can better prepare and get someone to watch my extracurricular club.  The best way to contact me is through email.
