We do want to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas.  We are so happy that we have such a wonderful class and fabulous parents who support us as we teach your children.  We both feel like your children are partly ours!  Thank you for sharing them with us!

We are so excited about all of the projects we have going on this week!

Project One
We will be working on a Christmas Surprises for all of our parents.  We are in need of 3 more Cool Whip lids.  Please check your cupboards and see if you have a couple you may have missed.
With this project going on, we will not be using parent volunteers this week.  We would hate to have you see your surprise before Christmas.

Project Two
We will be bagging dog food and cat food into serving sizes so those who are in need of help with their pet will be able to pick up a couple of meals for their furry friends.

Project Three
We are still working on earning hearts for being Kind, Responsible, and Respectful. On Friday we will be joining in the grade Grinch Activity.  Keep earning those hearts!

Project Four
If we complete our parent gifts early we may be able to squeeze tie dying our shirts into the end of the week.  This is a maybe, not a promise.  We need to get everything else done, and have the dye come in (it’s s not here yet)!

Food Permission
Please fill out the permission slip below.  It will cover several curriculum subjects for the next 3 months.

Math
We are working on passing off our Multiplication Facts, and polishing up our perimeter finding skills.  We will also be learning several multiplication games that you can play over the break.  The more fun you have with them, the easier they’ll be to memorize.

We are also continuing on with FrontRowEd math.

Again, have a Happy, Healthy and Safe break and we’ll see you in 2018!
