Important Information
We can’t believe that End of Year Testing is here! We will begin Monday morning and have a 45 minute session each day. The test is not timed, and if a student needs more than the two sessions per test, they will be given all the time they need to complete their test.
Please make sure that your student is well rested, well fed and ready to test. We are trying to make this as non-stressful as possible.
Tuesday is the last day for parents to sign up and pay for the field trip. We will not be able to accommodate anyone after this day.
Hermit Crabs
If you haven’t heard, we have hermit crabs in our classroom! These are part of this months STEM project and have brought so much joy to our classroom. Watch for a blog post about how 2 of these interesting creatures might become a part of your households.
ELA
weeklyoutline
Reading
READ, READ, READ 20 minutes every night!
Math
We are moving into capacity this week. We will explore milliliters, liters and how to estimate how to use these measurements.
Homework
Prodigy is a great option to review for the End of Year tests as it will review all areas that we have learned about throughout the year.
Another great math option is Math 3 Under the Sea
The last option is Frontrowed.com We are more than willing to assign your child assignments they can complete to help them continue through the 3rd grade core.
Have a fabulous week!
