I have been spending time with my family, eating too many sweet treats and RELAXING!! And of course I am squeezing in a little time to read! This is such a fun time of the year to dive into some fun holiday stories! Here are a few of my favorites! How the Grinch Stole Christmas by Dr. Suess Twas the Night Before Christmas – I really love this one!
A family favorite is Fat Santa – my kids grew up reading this every year!
For a hilarious story I recommend The Best Christmas Pageant Ever.
The Herdsman kids are so funny and give a new look at the Christmas story.

Every student created a Jigsaw Book with the cover completed and the mythology pocket attached to the back page.
Just go through the following steps and complete the other pages.
1. Take all of your supplies home with you –
The final section of the book is already half way done!
Now show that you have read from the other 3 areas – tell about one story from each area.
One the final page – slide your mythology cards into the pocket and decorate the page. Your cards should be ready to go since we completed this assignment last month!
Just as a reminder – there are 12 cards – each one highlights a different god or goddess from Greek Mythology with a drawing and an explanation. The gods and goddesses included are-
Zeus Hera Hermes Athena Apollo Ares Eros Demeter Dionysus Hades Poseidon Aphrodite
