Friday’s Field Trip
Good morning!
Friday will be our field trip to American West Heritage Center. Those parents who volunteered to chaperone (THANK YOU) will be given your student’s names when we arrive at the park. Our class, along with Mrs. Woodrow’s class, will start our trip at Willow Park. We should arrive there by 11:00. We will eat lunch at the park and they will be able to play time permitting 🙂 We will leave the park at approximately 12:00 to go to American West Heritage. Our tour begins at 12:30 and will end at 1:30. We will return to school about 2:45.
The weather is scheduled for rain and possible snow. This may affect our trip as everything is outdoors. Please have your child bring a sack lunch with THEIR NAME ON IT. They may also want to bring a small umbrella in case it rains. Also, their backpack would be great because they can put their lunch in it and their umbrella. Otherwise, they will have to hold everything in their hands which may affect how much they enjoy the trip.
Please dress for the weather! There isn’t a place to go if it is raining and nothing is worse than getting soaked and not having a jacket and umbrella.
Parents: We will leave school at 10:00. If you have any questions please ask!

Important Papers
Hello!
In Friday’s mail, your child will be bringing home a copy of the directions for making their diorama. The diorama is due on or before April 11, 2016. This will be a grade so it is important that your child completes this.
Also, for those students who have not signed the online permission slip for our Field Trip on April 15th, I will be sending one home. Make sure that you sign and return it so your child can go on the trip.
Ms. Blok
