We are excited to announce that 1st grade will be attending The Nutcracker Ballet at the Egyptian Theater on Monday, December 4th. We appreciate the generous donations from POQA, which helped make this opportunity a reality. Your donations are still needed to allow us to participate in the additional field trip experiences that we have planned for the rest of the school year to Hill Aerospace Museum and the Ogden Nature Center. Please make your $12 donation for field trips as soon as possible to the office if you have not done this. (Also, the class party donation of $15 to cover all of our parties-as only 8 of our students have done this. We will be emailing those students whose donations have not been paid to the office as a friendly reminder.)
We encourage you to complete the following online permission form promptly. School sack lunch orders for the field trip MUST be submitted by the morning of Monday, November 27th. Orders placed after that morning will not be accepted:

Please note: We are LIMITED to ONLY 4 parent chaperones. We do request that the parent chaperones pay $3.00 for their Nutcracker ticket. Additional family members and siblings are NOT able to attend. The 4 slots will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Chaperone requests will be accepted on the above permission form only.
