If this is your first year at Quest, please review our wellness policy regarding food in the classroom. As Halloween is approaching, parents often ask if their children can bring candy to share for their classroom Halloween party. According to our wellness policy, students are not allowed to bring treats to share.

Please note that costumes should be modest and without blood or gore. Though students may paint their faces, masks and weapons are not allowed. Anything that depicts violence is banned (knives, guns, swords, spears, etc.). If you have questions about costume accessories, please contact us. Just to reiterate, no blood, either depicted on the costume or in makeup, is allowed. 

More Halloween parade details will be sent via email by our school administration.

The classroom party will start after the parade and last until 11:40 (when the students go to recess and lunch). In forth grade we combine our parties. I have my room of kids for 20 mins, then they are rotating into other 4th Grade teachers rooms for the rest of the time. Our room will be playing a Halloween Kahoot. Kahoot is an electronic quiz game that the kids love! I don’t need parent volunteers for this party BUT you are always welcome to come and play kahoot and move with your child into different rooms for the duration of the party. I think it is fun to stay and have lunch with them this day. Then, check out early ;).  It is early out day-1:00. When the kids come back from lunch at 12:35 we will be playing a short game and cleaning our room.

Use the link above to sign up for PTC. This Fall they will be on November 3rd and 4th beginning at 1:20. They will be online (using ZOOM) or in-person. We have short days these two days. Additionally, don’t forget that students do not have school on November 5th.

Come enjoy some spooky family fun at the Ogden Haunted Carnival! On Wednesday October 20th 2021 from 4pm-9pm, Ogden Haunted Carnival (hosted by Bingham Party Rentals) will be working with Quest Academy as we enjoy some fall fun and also help raise money for the School! 

50% of student ticket admissions will be donated back to Quest Academy as a school fundraiser. 

Base park admission $10 dollars. 

Bring friends and family and come enjoy some of the best entertainment around! 

Festivities include- Inflatable park, Obstacle Courses, Haunted Maze, Haunted House, Carnival Swing, Rock Climbing wall, TwinSpin Ride, games, fire pit, food/concessions, corn pit, music,  photo area and much more!

In preparation for our 4th grade field trip on Tuesday October 5th, there are a couple things we need to make sure everyone is aware of. 

Students and the chosen class chaperones need to be ontime (8:25am) to school that morning. Chaperones, please pay your admission fee at Quest ($5). The bus will be loaded promptly at 8:45am. We will be traveling by bus to This Is The Place Heritage Park in Salt Lake City. Since the bus ride is about an hour long, students are allowed to bring a book or small cards to play with on the bus. NO ELECTRONICS — including cell phones will be permitted. Cell phones will not be allowed because they can’t be safely monitored by teachers. Please go over with your student proper bus behavior before that morning. We should arrive at This is the place around 9:50-10:00am. Parents, if you are driving up and meeting us there, you will need to park in the normal parking lot and pay your park entrance fee before going in. Please arrive before we do. If your student rides with you there, they will be marked absent from school that day and will have to pay the park admission fee to enter.

Students will still be required to wear their school uniforms on the field trip. Students will also need to bring a light jacket or hoodie with them as we will be at the base of the canyon and it tends to have chilly mornings. They may bring along a small water bottle as well. Each student will also need a backpack that day to hold their jackets, lunches and water bottles. If they ordered school lunch they would receive it that morning to carry. If they are bringing home lunch, make sure to bring it (students will not share food).

We will be reloading buses at 1:00pm and will arrive back at school at about 2:05pm. Your students will be back in time for the normal after school pick up. 

Also if you are still willing to pay the $3 student donation, please pay online or to the office A.S.A.P. 

We hope for a fun day with all of our students. 

We have worked VERY HARD so far this year and earned a CelEBRatION!

Students may bring a Show-N-Tell to share as part of our celebration (Nothing alive or electronic). They may bring up to two objects. If they bring a stuffed animal, they may keep it on their desks throughout the day. Pleas send things that are small enough to carry in by themselves and are not fragile.

We are selling Cookie Dough & Beef Jerky to help fund student activities (ie field trips) and school improvements.

We are heading off campus-YAY!!! Our first field trip will be Tuesday, October 5th. We will be going to “This is the Place Heritage Park” in Salt Lake City. 

DETAILS: We will be taking school buses to and from the destination. We plan to leave at 8:35 and arrive back around 2:30ish. The buses will be full of kids, teachers, and chaperones. Masks are optional but not required. We will not be socially spaced while traveling on the buses. If your child is sick, please do not send them that day. Additionally, students will need to bring a small backpack that would hold a small water bottle, light jacket, sunscreen (applied before arriving at school), and a small book  or cards to read/play on the bus (optional). No cell phones, electronic devices are allowed on our field trip. All pictures will be taken by me or a chaperone and shared on the BLOG afterwards.

FEE: The donation cost is $3 per child. Please pay this at the office or online here: ONLINE PAYMENTS marking “other” and typing Clark field trip. Please pay this fee before Sept 27th.

CHAPERONES: FOUR LUCKY PARENTS will get to accompany us on our field trip. You even get to ride the bus with us! I will randomly select the lucky chaperones on Friday. Chaperones will need to pay the Quest office a $5 field trip fee and bring their own lunch. NOTE: Younger siblings are not allowed on the field trip.

LUNCH: Students can bring their lunch from home or order a free school lunch. There will be two lunch options, an uncrustable or a turkey sandwich. Additionally, they will need to order chocolate or white milk. 

If you would like to attend but are not one of our lucky chaperone winners, you may still attend. If you would like to meet us at the park, pay the regular admission fee, and be there at the same time we are, you may attach to your kiddos group.
