First day of school!

The first day is always tough!  But these guys were troopers!  We have early out days all week.  This is what our flexible seating looked like today during independent work.  Many students liked working together today.  There are even seating options that allow students to work in a quieter space on their own.  It was a really great first day!  We practiced procedures, talked about class jobs, read together, and discussed bullying.  A small writing and coloring activity is now posted on our bulletin board in the hallway.  Feel free to check it out!
