Oct 2 – Oct 6

We have been in school for 27 days now. We are learning and growing each day.
Each Monday we turn in our folders and Ms. Lauren puts work we have been working on for the week in their folders. This week we will also send home a book that we hoped to use in our Wonders lessons but it was still a little advanced for us to use as a group. In this book there are stories your student can read to you that we have read in class.
The book looks like this:

You are welcome to do whatever you like with these books once they are sent home. They do not need to be returned to school.

This Friday, Oct 6, we have our first in house field trip. Our local fire department will come visit and talk to us about fire safety. The students will get to ask questions, try on their gear if they choose to, and step into the fire truck.
