THANK SO VERY MUCH to all of you who are have donated your time (and energy lol) to help in our classroom. It is very much appreciated. Below is a list of parents that I have confirmed to help in our room with the party tomorrow. If you don’t see your name, but would love to come in and help, just know that you are more than welcome too join in the crazy fun we’ll be having.

Rylee-Breann

We will be making a very simple bat hat.
FIRST: Students will write their name on the inside of their GREEN word strip. They then staple their word strip to make a crown that fits their head. They will need your help to do this.
SECOND: Each student will use a simple bat wing pattern to trace 2 wings (Using a white crayon) on a sheet of black construction paper. I only have enough for each child to have one sheet of construction paper.
THIRD: They will CUT out their BLACK wings.
FORTH: They need to staple their wings onto their crown (word strip). They will need your help to do this.

I will also be showing a little movie in case they finish early. We only have 20 minutes (including the 5 minute transition) in each class before they rotate to the next 1st grade class. As soon as the kids finish, I need parent volunteers to help set up for the next class.
ALL Parent volunteers will be staying in their student’s room the entire afternoon helping with that particular class activity. Thanks again for your willing to help our kids have a super fun, memorable Fall/Halloween day!
