Quest Academy Gala
Monday, April 24th

The Gala “social” begins at 5:00
The Gala “dinner” begins at 6:00
Performing students must arrive at 6:00pm and perform at 6:15pm

For those purchasing tickets to the Gala, your child will go to a separate room before and after the performance. They will be fed and supervised while you enjoy the Gala.

This year’s annual school Gala is on Monday, April 24th at the Comfort Suites Hotel in Ogden. As part of the entertainment, the 1st and 3rd grade classes have been asked to perform some musical numbers they have been working on. As with any school performance, we would love for you to come and support your child and invite any other family members to do the same (adults only please). Since this is a fundraising event, tickets must be purchased to attend the Gala and watch the performances.
If you choose to attend the Gala, and your child is performing, please bring them with you and we will provide the necessary supervision for the students until it is time for them to perform. If you are unable to attend, but would still like for your child to be in attendance, you may drop your child off at 6:15 pm and pick them up at 7:00 pm at the Comfort Suites Hotel. We understand that this is short notice, which we apologize for, but we greatly appreciate your support! Please return the bottom portion of this flyer to your teacher or the front office on or before Wednesday, April 19th.

The Quest Gala will be held Monday, April 24 2017 at the Comfort Suites Hotel at
2250 S. 1200 W. Ogden, UT. 84401. Social hour and auction preview will begin at 5:00 pm with dinner served at 6:00. Tickets can be purchased online or by filling out this form and returning it to the school.

3- Important Reminder: If you haven’t purchased your ticket for the Quest Academy Annual Gala, tomorrow is the last day. This is a wonderful way to spend a night on the town supporting Quest’s administration, teachers, and students.

5- Mark your calendars now for our upcoming Patriotic Concert Wednesday, May 17th:
PARENT/FAMILY PERFORMANCE – 6:00-7:00 (doors will open at 5:40) in the Q1 gym (PLEASE PLAN TO BRING YOUR OWN CHAIRS AND/OR BLANKETS FOR SEATING; CHAIR SEATING WILL BE TOWARD THE BACK OF THE GYM, BLANKETS UP FRONT).



6- We are still collecting Box Tops, feel free to send them in a ziploc bag labeled with student name and grade.

First grade has been invited to perform a couple Patriotic program songs for the upcoming Quest Academy Gala. We are able to have 5 students from our class participate. We are offering this special opportunity on a first come, first serve basis. Spring pictures will be taken on Monday, April 10th. Thus, uniforms are not required on this day. Please note that students should still follow dress down day guidelines by wearing appropriate attire. All students, unless you indicated otherwise, will have their picture taken. A picture packet will be sent home later for you to review before you buy.

5-PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR STUDENT HAS THEIR QUEST ACADEMY NAME BADGE EVERY DAY! Students wear their name badges everyday as per Quest Uniform Guidelines. In addition, Quest has implemented a NEW lunchtime procedure that requires students to scan the barcode on the back of their badge before getting their school lunch. If your student loses their badge, you will need to purchase a replacement badge for $5.  You can pay online by clicking this link: Quest Online Payments
