Week of March 25th-29th

I hope everyone had a nice weekend.   It’s the last week until Spring Break people!!!!  Wow!  This week I will introduce the Spring Play to the students and start passing out parts.  I will post all of the class play details on the blog by this Wednesday.

The Multiplication Madness is going really well.  Most of the students have passed off all of their multiplication facts. All the students still have a daily opportunity to pass off any facts that they haven’t mastered yet.  Your students need to be able to pass of their multiplication facts 0-12 by March 28th.  If you have any questions, read the post from a few months ago with all the details.  Thanks for all your hard work at home!!!

Important Upcoming Dates:
**Multiplication Madness Party on Thursday, March 28th from 1:30-3:00**
Our class is responsible for providing the vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.  Please let me know if you are willing to donate either of these items or able to volunteer and help us that day.  Thanks so much in advance!!!
**Spring Break: April 1st-5th**

**Curiosity Museum field trip- Wednesday, April 10th (Front Runner)**  The first 10 parents to contact me can come with our class.  The Curiosity Museum only allows a certain number of parent volunteers. Permission slips went home a few weeks ago and are also on the blog.

***If you haven’t already, please subscribe to my blog and get the BLOOMZ app and create an account.  The BLOOMZ class code is UEDPZG.  Please make sure you set your account up so you receive notifications.  These are the two main forms of communication, so I’d love all the parents getting all the reminders. Thanks!****

**Tuesday is Library, so the students need to bring their books back on that day.**

Homework:

Math:  Each student will need to get onto www.reflexmath.com and complete their “green light” Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (4 sessions).  I will teach the students how to login to the app/website.  Just in case they don’t remember, the class username is “waddell3” and all passwords are “rams”.

Reading:  Each student needs to read at least 20 minutes (Monday-Thursday).  Please print off the Reading Log, fill out the form and return on Friday.  The Reading Log can be cut into fourths and used over the next four weeks.  If for some reason, you can’t print it off, please write it on paper instead. 🙂
