Stores are now stocked and ready for Valentine’s Day.  To help you properly prepare for our class celebrations, here are the Quest guidelines in regards to Valentine’s:

“Per Quest’s wellness policy, all food in the classroom must be pre-approved. Furthermore, parental permission is also required for students to consume food during class parties. Due to this policy—as in years past—student Valentines cannot contain edible items. Suggestions for nonfood Valentines include pencils, erasers, bubbles, stickers, etc. Please note that such items, including Valentine cards, are in no way required.”

Stink Stank Stunk?

We were able to spend our last school day of 2020 in our pajamas experiencing a little of the Polar Express and were surprised with a visit from the Grinch who so kindly brought our class a gift!! It is easy to think back on 2020 and say STINK STANK STUNK … but there has been so much good!! For one, these little ones started KINDERGARTEN in 2020 and have made such amazing progress as we have learned and grown together!! Can’t wait to see what this little class does in 2021!! Thank you for all the love and kindness shown to Miss Lauren and I, we will miss out little friends and look forward to seeing you all on January 4th.

Don’t forget about the QUEST READING CHALLENGE …. We are excited to announce a Christmas break reading challenge for all kindergarten through 5th grade students. If your child reads 20 minutes every day (December 18th – January 3rd) you may enter them into a drawing. We will send out the link on Sunday,  January 3rd. One lucky student will win a Razor Electric Scooter on Monday, January 4th. If you would like a calendar to keep track, feel free to print this calendar. Happy Reading!
