HALLOWEEN INFORMATION
I am going to need 4 volunteers for the party. If you would like to help with party the sign up is here.
Happy Halloween! We are excited for our annual elementary Halloween Parade that will take place on Tuesday, October 31st, which is also a short day. Because the parade will start at 9:00am, we ask that students come to school already dressed in their costumes. For those who would like to watch the parade, please plan on bringing camping chairs or blankets to sit along the outside of either Q1 or Q2 (see attached mapâthe yellow dots indicate where families can sit). Please note that afternoon kindergarten families will receive information from their childâs teacher regarding their parade. Also, though Q2 students are welcome to dress up, their participation in the parade will be limited to watching the elementary students.
Costume guidelines:
Costumes should be modest and without blood or gore. Students are welcome to paint their faces and wear Halloween masks, but masks will only be worn when directed to do so by the classroom teacher (e.g. during the parade, when a class picture is taken, etc). No one should enter the school wearing a mask. Weapons and anything that depicts violence are not allowed on school property (knives, guns, swords, spears, etc.). If you have questions about costume accessories, please contact us. Just to reiterate, no blood or gore, either depicted on the costume or in makeup, is allowed.

PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCE!
SAY BOO TO THE FLU
Our Say Boo to the Flu immunization clinic will be held on October 25, 3:00-7:00 pm in the Q1 library. Feel free to spread the word to family and friends. Anyone is welcome to participate.
SPOT THE SPIRIT
We have had some questions on our elementary Spot the Spirit program. Every Friday (With the exception of dress down days) are spirit days. Any elementary student who wears a spirit shirt (any top with the Quest logo: crewnecks, t-shirt, jacket, hoodie) can put a ticket into a drawing for a small prize at the end of the day. Three students are selected from our drawing each week. This has been a fun way to promote some school spirit!
PARKING LOT REMINDERS
Please review this parking lot VIDEO for correct parking lot procedures, and this VIDEO for critical information on additional safety protocols. We continue to have violations that impede the flow of traffic and challenge the safety of our students and staff.
**PLEASE NOTE: There is no parking in the faculty parking lot and no parking in the drive-through lane west of the stacking lanes**
